“Spectacular Job”
I highly recommend American Plumbing Heating and Air. After discovering a leak in our home, I called American Plumbing at 7:00 am on a Friday and spoke with Myra. She was fantastic and dispatched David to come to take a look. He arrived 30 minutes later and within 3 days, David and Ozzie were able to diagnose, repair and repipe our home. They were responsive, on time, and went above and beyond to fix our home. David and Ozzie didn't even break for lunch. Our 20-year old furnace was acting up, and American Plumbing, Heating, and Air sent someone out quickly. James was very friendly when he looked at it and recommended a new one. “Great Customer Service”
We had plumbing issues at THE worst time, Friday after 5 pm! We had a leak coming from the toilet in our only bathroom. We called 4 plumbing companies and the only one that got back to us that evening was American Plumbing. They offered to come out that evening but Saturday morning was best for us and we were their first appointment! Ozzie Garcia was the technician that came out and he was great! Then Sunday afternoon we had an issue with our main water line and again, American Plumbing and Ozzie Garcia came to our rescue!! Both times they called back in a timely manner and took care of our plumbing issues right away. Ozzie is professional, courteous, timely, and has great customer service!!
