Our 20-year old furnace was acting up, and American Plumbing, Heating, and Air sent someone out quickly. James was very friendly when he looked at it and recommended a new one. The price and time to install were clear, and there were no surprises. James and Ozzie were very friendly and professional when they installed the new unit. My wife had started the process of getting bids for a new AC system on the house. The bids she was getting were pure insanity. We had American Plumbing out to do our tankless water heater, and I knew they did AC. I also had Nick from American out earlier to our house to replace a capacitor on our old failing system, and he was quick and honest about the job. I wanted to hear his take on our job. He ended up recommending equipment that is much stronger, more efficient (DC vs AC), and it is seamlessly integrated with the rest of our smart home.
