The heater in my home was working sporadically, so I contacted APH&AC. They were exceptionally courteous and fit me in their busy schedule for the same day. They spent about 90 minutes (which far exceeded just the typical "here's the problem, here's your bill"). Once the issue was detected, they let me know the anticipated cost of the part and what the results would be. We had plumbing issues at THE worst time, Friday after 5 pm! We had a leak coming from the toilet in our only bathroom. We called 4 plumbing companies and the only one that got back to us that evening was American Plumbing. They offered to come out that evening but Saturday morning was best for us and we were their first appointment! Ozzie Garcia was the technician that came out and he was great! Then Sunday afternoon we had an issue with our main water line and again, American Plumbing and Ozzie Garcia came to our rescue!!
