This particular review is on Nick and Juan who installed our air conditioner during one of the hottest weeks of the year. They were so professional and extremely knowledgeable about the unit that was being installed. From an original visit to installation was seamless and complete in under a week. They arrived wearing their masks and my home and yard were spotless when they left.
I also want to thank the office personnel as scheduling and payment were quick and easy.

The heater in my home was working sporadically, so I contacted APH&AC. They were exceptionally courteous and fit me in their busy schedule for the same day. The repairmen were prompt, professional and did a thorough check of possible areas that might be affecting the heating system. They spent about 90 minutes (which far exceeded just the typical "here's the problem, here's your bill"). Once the issue was detected, they let me know the anticipated cost of the part and what the results would be.
