Simply put, 5 out of 5! I am so pleased with the service Jessie and his team provided. Got home on Saturday evening to find the kitchen sink overflowing. As you know, it is hard to find a plumber on a Saturday evening who would be willing to come out on short notice, in the pouring rain, and have the best attitude ever. Jessie and his team worked diligently for over an hour and a half to clear out a major clog and restore the sink function. They even took the time to tighten loose hoses that were going to become a problem in the future if left unattended. Super communicative, professional, on time, and absolutely wonderful to work with. Thank you, Jessie and Team, for an amazingly painless experience! I highly recommend this business for any of your plumbing needs.

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. First of all, for a plumber to answer the phone personally on a Saturday morning following my flood under my bathroom sink Friday night was amazing! Within 45 minutes, coming from another emergency call, David arrived. He was extremely polite despite my state of panic and distress. Seriously. David not only fixed the burst/broken fitting, making sure I understood and agreed to the part he was using and why, but also showed me what the issue was and how to make sure it never would happen again. American Heating Plumbing & Air Conditioning, Oceanside, not only took care of the plumbing problem, but immediately got hold of the flood mitigation company I employed. (That company is the best of all that I've ever had to use). David explained that he needed to make sure the damage was attended to immediately due to the issue of, well, general decay and all that it brings—all kinds of creepy fungi and molds. The water had already seeped up the walls and into the adjoining room. I truly felt he was attending to my well-being and immediate needs. He was a calm person, respectful, understanding, and frankly, kind. For the next 11 hours after he left and I continued to clear out the space, I kept thinking how lucky I was to have called this particular company. I've dealt with plumbers before, and I have to say, American Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning in Oceanside gave me one of the best experiences I've had with such companies. BTW, there was no 'nickel-and-diming'—a charge for this, a charge for that, etc. The price I felt was so fair I didn't even ask about a senior discount. Every cent was worth it to be assisted in that manner. David was outstanding and I'm grateful.
