I made the mistake of trying to replace the water valve behind the toilet and ended up drenched along with the floor. I called American Plumbing at 11:45 am, and the nice voice on the other end said she would have someone out between 3 & 5 pm. At 1 pm, the doorbell rang, and the job was done in 30 minutes because they knew what they were doing and I did not. I was very pleased with American Plumbing & Heating.

I had another company look at my low-pressure shower, but he didn't inspect it very much and quoted me two thousand to replace the shower valve body. American Plumbing came the same day on late notice and did a thorough inspection. They found a random screw had lodged into my shower nozzle and only charged 100 dollars to fix it. I was definitely happy not to have to spend 2000!
