“What a Relief!”
After 5 days of waiting on another HVAC company who was "waiting on the manual from the manufacturer" to even begin to diagnose what was wrong with our A/C unit, we called American Plumbing. What a relief! Nicholas C came out right away and within minutes showed us that one of the circuit boards had burn marks that indicated an obvious issue. He ordered the parts the same day, had them express shipped, and showed up within a day of receiving the parts to get us up and running again. Nicholas was friendly, professional, honest, and efficient. American Plumbing will be our new HVAC agency in the future, and I would recommend Nicholas to anyone! This particular review is on Nick and Juan who installed our air conditioner during one of the hottest weeks of the year. They were so professional and extremely knowledgeable about the unit that was being installed. From an original visit to installation was seamless and complete in under a week. They arrived wearing their masks and my home and yard were spotless when they left.
I also want to thank the office personnel as scheduling and payment were quick and easy.
We definitely recommend American Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning and will continue to do business with them!
