"After 5 days of waiting on another HVAC company who was "waiting on the manual from the manufacturer" to even begin to diagnose what was wrong with our A/C unit, we called American Plumbing. What a relief! Nicholas C came out right away and within minutes showed us that one of the circuit boards had burn marks that indicated an obvious issue. He ordered the parts the same day, had them express shipped, and showed up within a day of receiving the parts to get us up and running again.
