We had American Plumbing out to do our tankless water heater, and I knew they did AC. I also had Nick from American out earlier to our house to replace a capacitor on our old failing system, and he was quick and honest about the job. I wanted to hear his take on our job. He ended up recommending equipment that is much stronger, more efficient (DC vs AC), and it is seamlessly integrated with the rest of our smart home. All for about $8k less than the other bids we were getting. I even got a roll-around AC unit for my garage/shop as part of the deal.

    "We had plumbing issues at THE worst time, Friday after 5 pm! We had a leak coming from the toilet in our only bathroom. We called 4 plumbing companies and the only one that got back to us that evening was American Plumbing. They offered to come out that evening but Saturday morning was best for us and we were their first appointment! Ozzie Garcia was the technician that came out and he was great! Then Sunday afternoon we had an issue with our main water line and again, American Plumbing and Ozzie Garcia came to our rescue!! Both times they called back in a timely manner and took care of our plumbing issues right away. Ozzie is professional, courteous, timely, and has great customer service!!
