After 5 days of waiting on another HVAC company who was "waiting on the manual from the manufacturer" to even begin to diagnose what was wrong with our A/C unit, we called American Plumbing. What a relief! Nicholas C came out right away and within minutes showed us that one of the circuit boards had burn marks that indicated an obvious issue. He ordered the parts the same day, had them express shipped, and showed up within a day of receiving the parts to get us up and running again. “Great Customer Service”
We had plumbing issues at THE worst time, Friday after 5 pm! We had a leak coming from the toilet in our only bathroom. We called 4 plumbing companies and the only one that got back to us that evening was American Plumbing. They offered to come out that evening but Saturday morning was best for us and we were their first appointment! Ozzie Garcia was the technician that came out and he was great! Then Sunday afternoon we had an issue with our main water line and again, American Plumbing and Ozzie Garcia came to our rescue!! Both times they called back in a timely manner and took care of our plumbing issues right away. Ozzie is professional, courteous, timely, and has great customer service!!
