The heater in my home was working sporadically, so I contacted APH&AC. They were exceptionally courteous and fit me in their busy schedule for the same day. The repairmen were prompt, professional and did a thorough check of possible areas that might be affecting the heating system. They spent about 90 minutes (which far exceeded just the typical "here's the problem, here's your bill"). Once the issue was detected, they let me know the anticipated cost of the part and what the results would be. My wife had started the process of getting bids for a new AC system on the house. The bids she was getting were pure insanity. We had American Plumbing out to do our tankless water heater, and I knew they did AC. I also had Nick from American out earlier to our house to replace a capacitor on our old failing system, and he was quick and honest about the job. I wanted to hear his take on our job. He ended up recommending equipment that is much stronger, more efficient (DC vs AC), and it is seamlessly integrated with the rest of our smart home.
