    After 5 days of waiting on another HVAC company who was "waiting on the manual from the manufacturer" to even begin to diagnose what was wrong with our A/C unit, we called American Plumbing. He ordered the parts the same day, had them express shipped, and showed up within a day of receiving the parts to get us up and running again.
